Sami is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience working in the financial services industry in North America, the Ontario Public Service, as well as the not-for-profit sectors. 

He has developed a reputation for building trusted relationships, and partnering, with business leaders to get to the crux of the issue, helping identify the opportunities to be harnessed and developing solutions to achieve long-term relevance and viability of organizations. 

His expertise spans strategic planning to help businesses respond to the evolving business landscape, and building the required capabilities to execute in an operationally efficient manner.  He brings his experience in setting up project management infrastructure, building effective teams and governance structures to lay the framework for successful strategy execution.  In the era of AI, business technology initiatives, are discussed to identify solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

As a self-described student of change, Sami works with organizations to develop a change management plan, including identifying and building the enabling cultures to support strategy realization and maximise returns on the investments made. A focus on employee strategies, to foster a growth mindset, innovation and creative problem solving are prioritized.
